Love this book. The poems are soul baring, insightful and full of beauty. I am awed by the hauntingly lovely descriptions and cadence. I have favorite lines that echo in my head and are permanently etched in my heart. I think of them often and they always make me happy. The new poems are just as amazing as the first. I feel like these poems are my friends. I love being able to revisit them and acquaint myself with the 5 new poems featured in this masterful revised edition. I have both versions now and they are both treasured books. Kira Burton has a wonderful talent and is a brilliant modern poet.Product details

There are many poets who have achieved world wide recognition for their talent. After reading this I believe Ms Burton will be stacked in that group of elite. One of the most amazing poets this decade. Every poem breaths with the talent and soul of a Muse. She writes with so much heart you feel the store, the tale being told. Some of her poems make me feel as is she is speaking about me though I am sure its about her own soul. I give this 5 stars and defiantly recommend it if your looking for unique, different and touching.
These are some of the most well written and thought provoking poems I've ever read...they draw you into genuine feelings and reflections of your own struggles. Highly recommended!
